I was insured through my job, Pharma Pac and was terminated on March 1st, 2011. I have been undergoing treatments and testing for a ruptured disc in my neck. I had a nerve test appointment today and when I went in, I had the receptionist call my insurance company, only to find out that the owner of Pharma Pac (Norma Jean Urenius) had canceled my insurance completely on March 1st, 2011. I was paid for the pay period of February 16, 2011 to February 28th, 2011, with the full amount of medical taken out to pay for my insurance policy.
