I ordered a nice abercrombie coat off this site, the next day they e-mailed me saying that it was out of stock yet they had already charged me! They told me they would issue me a refund and that it would take 15-30 days to come, yet now 70 days on i have not received a refund and they will not reply to my e-mails! This coat cost almost £70 and i have not got my money back! :( read full review »
