I purchased some furniture from rent-a-center cash and carry. not rented. the items were listed as-is. I made an agreement with the manager that if I bought a sofa, loveseat, table, chair and a dryer they would deliver it all free of charge. when I got the sofa and loveseat there wasn't any legs. the manager said he will get them for me and he's sorry. 5 weeks later and given a few stories and left countless messges I called the corporate office. that same day I recieved a call from someone at the keyser avenue...scranton store... read full review »
