Bank of American has placed flood insurance on my home loan, when I already have flood insurance thru Farmers. For the past 2 years BAC added flood insurance to my escrow account. I have provided them with copies of my flood insurance, and my agent has called them to confirm that I have the appropriate coverage for my area. They claim not to have added the coverage but my escrow statement and mortgage invoices reflect the addition. Who can I go to in order to have this issue cleared up? read full review »
