I have had Charter Communications for approximately two years. The picture quality for the HD is terrible, purple, pink and blue lines runs through the picture, or sometimes the picture just breaks completely up. Numerous call to the Get Charter phone number produced several credits which doesn't show as a credit on the bill, you can imagine what that mean (Get F----d). The service techs are not very good.
