I have been working with the company on and off since the doors opened march 17 2004. Im a great stylist and I ENJOY DOING MY JOB!Im havinga problem with discrimination. we recently got a new manager Tana Rawlerson and to start im the only african american thats currently working at smartstyles #125 and ive gotten several complaints brought to me by caucasian customers that while at the salon having services done my charater was being torn down by the manager and other stylists.
