I ordered two motorcycle helmets and received both helmets in their own box inside a larger box. I chose the one that fit and returned the other. I followed the instructions included in shipment. Today I received the helmet back, with a FORM letter stating that I returned in the storage box, therefore DAMAGED. The helmet is in perfect condition. I contacted customer service, they told me that it was common sense to return in both boxes. NO REFUND. There return instructions should be clear.I beleive that this is how they scam people.
