After filling out an online application and survey I was deemed unhireable. Sears Holdings uses an online survey to deem whether or not a person is hirable. An online survey and quiz is not a sole factor of the quality of a worker, his or her dependibility, his or her integrity, or his or her ability to provide customer service and work cooperatively with others. Whether or not a person recieves acess to an interview should not be based only on a standardized online questionare. read full review »
