Used the CashOldPhone website to sell my old phone. Based on the selections, they offered me a price of $40. It took over 30 days for them to respond after my prompting. Finally received an e-mail stating they looked at my phone an could only offer me $30 or I could send then $7 to return the phone. I think this is a bait and switch tactic, since clearly sending $7 does not make sense. My only other option was to take $10 less. I suggested the site provide a more granular condition selection which could resolve situations like these. However, I feel it is part of their profit model. Stay away. read full review »
