About a month ago, I made my first purchase at ShopNBC. It was an Ipad gizmo and a cable. When it arrived, I determined it wasn't what I thought it was and began the faulty ShopNBC return process. First, I tried to locate on the customer page some way to contact electronically the vendor to let them know I was initiating a return. This site functionality didn't exist.
