ive paid for the 8-15 day service on 4 feb 2010. was suppose to get my taxes back on 12 feb. now they said they made a mistake. i will get them back on 19 feb. today is 20 feb. i called them today and now they say 23 feb it will be in by. i hate being lied to especially if im paying for a service that they supposedly stand by but to no avail. they said they had direct deposited it by text message wheres my money then. im about to deploy and i have stuff to buy and bills to pay. ive been using these "tax proffessionals." paid 300.00... read full review »
