I noticed my WaMu credit card was about to expire yet I had not received a new card from Chase. I called and was told my account had been closed. When I asked why I was told by someone in India that they ran my credit report probably and decided not to extend credit after the expiration date. I had been an excellent cardmember since 2005. Then I noticed that my interest rate was bumped from 24% to 31%. I call SCAM. I subsequently closed all my Chase accounts so they're ultimately the losers. Be warned read full review »
