I ordered magazines in January of 2010. I have been attempting to get a refund since June 2010. It has been over a year. I call and speak to "Dave Anthony" he has told me, oh it got missed, oh it got lost in the mail, oh we will reprint and send another check. Then in December of 2010 "Dave" told me it would be in the mail by mid Januaty. Here we are in March 2011 and still no refund. I called two days ago and spoke to a young lady, I did not get her name.
