R&L required a $250 deposit then half of the total estimated cost PRIOR to moving. I faxed 2 separate credit card authorizations, one for the deposit and one for $1300 to cover the rest of the half. When R&L picked up my belongings they told my husband and me that the credit card authorization was null and void, that they would not run the credit card and needed half of the total cost that day either in cash or check.
