cyberlink, maker of powerdvd, is not among the worst in customer support. they are the WORST. after installing the software it would not run on my pc. it gave a blank error message. I had to create an account to send in a support ticket via the web as they charge $30 for telephone suport for 60 days. Aftre several days they could not figure out my issue and had no clue. I opened google and piut in the search "powerdvd blank error" and immediately saw that it was a problem with the resolution. They have fixed this in version 9. I cannot... read full review »
