I saw a offer for A.T.&T.U-Verse. To switch from your current company they would give you a $300 gift card. I thought WOW! I had the operator explain the gift card and how it could be used. I said sign us up! The after getting the service I get a letter to go to a web-site to get our bonus. I go there and it's $50 gift card. I have lodged numerous complaints.
