Purchased a leather couch a little over 2 years ago and the leather is completely wearing off. Called the customer service number and the woman was very rude. She said they only offered help if something "accidental" happened to the couch. When I asked what suggestions she had to a consumer with this issue she said she had none and hung up. read full review »
