Very, very poor customer service. There may be only one person doing customer service as all the other people who pick up the phone is from sales. Not true to their word, as in the estimated ship date, or maybe the manufacturer who they order from is to blame, so they say. After reading all other complaints, I guess I'm not the only one who've waited for so long for an estimated ship date (not even a confirmed one) -- which came out to be almost 2 months from the time I ordered.
