HP and Cyberlink have formed an alliance to cheat customers and everyone should be aware of it . HP Windows 7 has an option called "SYSTEM RECOVERY" which will return your computer to original factory status. Since this process will wipe your files, they suggest that you back them up and it can be done automatically using the disk drive.
