Back on December 7th I contacted California Recoveries Systems, Inc. Spoke with Richard Anthony who was supposed to be a manager. I agreed to pay the 25 percent of the amount owed on the credit card debt in the amount of $180.24 and the 4.16 service fee that they charge using a visa card as form of payment. I was told that the letter would be mailed out in a month once they show it was charged and they didn't receive a reverse of the charge. I never had received a letter.
