They harrass you constantly! Non-stop calls at home/work/cell, sometimes 10x per day for me and the same for my wife daily except Sundays! They have no customer service to help you and you can't understand anyone on the phone! Also, if you want top make payment arrangements, you can only do it 21 days prior, EVEN if you want to make automatic payments for months ahead of time! They rip you off!
