I bought a TV from best buy and had the geek squad protection. My TV was either damaged by lightening or a power surge. They sent out a tech named Josh because they said they cover this issue. I was glad to hear that. The tech looked at my screen and told me it was cracked in 10 seconds. I told the rep whom I had set up the appointment with over the phone that the screen was cracked from the inside. She said that would be no problem. I was never given any paperwork on what was covered by the geek squad nor would they answer any question... read full review »
