customer care executives are not solving my problem. they simply ignored it by making excuses, keeping me on hold forever. i tried 4 times but to no avail. i am a very old customer of airtel. almost 4 years old but still i am being treated like this. it makes me think what i have gained by choosing airtel. very poor customer service. read full review »
