I purchased a Trio frig from Sears on 12/05. I immediately noticed ice on the meat drawer in freezer but technician did not seem concerned. Last year water began pouring on the floor. Called Sears and they wanted a commitment of either $90 for the service call or $250. that would cover all calls concerning the problem. I committed to $250. Then I was told they could not come for 2 weeks. The day of the appt. they called and said they could not come, but maybe could the next day. I cancelled and got my refund after more phone calls.
