Although my Plans and Services Page on T-Mobile showed that all five of my lines had unlimited Web services, we were charged for overage on two lines. When I called T-Mobile to discuss, the representative claimed that she could not load the webpage, offered to submit an Engineering ticket, but said I still have to pay the overage charges. She refused to acknowledge that the web page was incorrect as she supposedly could not load the page (she claimed she had an hourglass). I had the page open as I was speaking to her.
