Customer service horrible. You're put on hold FOREVER at some god forsaken overseas phone bank. Reps speak poor English, hard to understand. "Customer service professionals" ? What a joke...Booked a motel stay at what I thought was a reasonable rate & paid the site via credit card. Upon checkout I received a receipt for $20.00 less than I had paid Cheap-o-stay. WTF??
