Anyone notice that when you were given Starz free for one year your bill was increased by $5? I did. I called and spoke to a billing rep, David, who explained to me that this was entirely coincidental. I told him that I felt that the rates were already cost prohibitive and this "coincidence " of a free service and a rate increase seemed highly suspect.
