AT&T first increased charges for my domestic and international long distance plans while embedding their notification in the middle of a 8-page statement. AT&T then applied a monthly minimum usage charge for these services without notification. AT&T then increased WirePro and Call Waiting charges on the local bill after it acquired SBC.
