We ordered new kitchen cabinets for installation by Sears. They were promised for completion by February 02. It is now February 03. The cabinet doors are warped and crooked. The appliances were left uninstalled. The project coordinator ignores our calls. The contractor laughs us off and gives lame excuses. He was rude to my wife. They are already 2-1/2 hours late for a 9:00 appointment. We are thoroughly unhappy with the lack of results and cooperation. This is the last time we contract with Sears. read full review »
