We have tried repeatedly to work with Aurora Loan Services but they are more interested in foreclosures, bankruptcy, and short sales. We are trying to keep our home but they just will not work with anyone. We were recently in the UPS Program but when I sent the documentation in they wanted they waited months and then told me I sent the wrong documentation, hey a phone call, letter?
