I placed an order online in January for a bed bench for my wife's birthday. Got a call about 10 days later from GPF saying it was going to take over six weeks to get it to me. I politely canceled the order. It's now March and they haven't refunded my $781. I called and spoke to Cindy who said the refund was "approved" but not "completed, " that she'd send a note to the Financial Department, and that the refund would post to my account by Friday 3/4. (She was very nice on the phone). That didn't happen. I'll call Monday to see what's going on and report back. read full review »
