OMG 6+ hours on hold to change a reservation from a hotel they didnt even know is closed during the time im scheduled to stay there. Now they want to charge me fees to change hotels. I found out the hotel was closed from another travel agency. SAD!!! I am no way ever booking my vacations through them ever again. Back to local travel agent for all future travel. read full review »
