I have recieved third party billing for a product I never asked for, a product I never received and never used. Why is Verizon alowing this to happen. I thought I had this problem cancelled two Months ago. I am not going to pay $16.02 for nonthing. I called PaymentOne and was asked yes and No questions like another complaint mentioned. I beleive that a trained sound person can determine if a cut and paste opperation is taking place with recorded conversation. If anything PaymentOne owes us money ... let the lawsuit begin!!!
