Several weeks ago I contacted Mediacom via their e-mail customer service link to complain about my slow internet service. They never responded. So I called their Customer Service a week later and they scheduled a service visit during the week...they don;t have weekend service according to the respresentative. The service provided was very courteous and indicated that there was nothing wrong with my wireless router or computer or the wires coming into the house.
