I had a GE Money bank Paypal credit card for 1 year. All went well, I paid on time and even paid the account off in full 3 times (proving I have the ability to do so). In January 2009 I began to have problems. First they claimed that my payment was returned. They claimed "no account found" my bank said they never returned anything.
