T.T. prepared my taxes last year (2008) and put in that I paid $2, 189.083.00 in real estate tax. Their software did not catch it, I did not catch it (as this is what I paid them for) and the IRS did not catch it. I was refunded $4200 back and now received a letter from the IRS that there was an error in my 2008 taxes, and that I now owe them the $4200 back plus interest and penalty. I called TT and they gave me a site to file a complaint, but it is a non-existent place to go file a complaint form. read full review »
