I contacted South West Plumbing to unclog a drain in my home. They told me that the drain pipes all needed to be "repitched" and some of them replaced. This is on a six year old house. They gave me an estimate of $4.787.00. When I questioned that amount I was told that the rate comes from their "rate book" and that any other plumber would charge the same amount.
