I purchased a recliner for my father sometime back and he used it for 2 yrs before his passing. My mother gave it back to me and I found the mechanism was broken. I approached Lack Furniture in McAllen Texas and they attempted to get the necessary parts to fix the chair even when I didn't have the receipt. I appreciated their courtesy and effort.
