When I ordered the product they charged me 18.00. Once i received it i called to cancel and was given the run around and left on hold for long periods of time. I disputed the order through my credit card co. ...now when i order free trial items I never use my credit or debit card. I purchase a card from walgreens/walmart, etc... the credit/debit card that you load and add the money on there whatever the trial costs is so i don't have to worry about them trying to charge my card with their riduculous costs .
