On Sunday morning (my only day off) I called my local Radio Shack to see if they had any discounts on the HTC EVO. I called the store and spoke to Alex Allan, the assistant store manager, he told me that they had a discount on the Evo and would rebate me $50 if I turned in an old cell phone.
