Being cautious of moving companies I checked several before settling on Royal. The agent came out and explained all the costs and gave me a fair estimate and even personally boxed a thick glass shelf for me. Later that evening he called and said he re-estimated the cost and reduced it by $300.00. He swore that they would pick up on Aug 6 and deliver from California to Idaho between 9 to 16 at latest.
