I bought a cricket phone +the 35 dollar monthly fee. I was assured that the phone covered the area where I lived. When I got home I found out that the phone was roaming and to use at my house it would cost $5 for every 30 minutes I used the phone. I returned the phone early the next morning but they refused to return the 35 dollars I paid for the service. The manager was VERY rude and even threat I could see if I had mad one phone call from the phone but it was unused!!
