We purchased a beautiful ring with 5 diamonds and a one carat wt. for $1000. Within 1 1/2 years two diamonds fell out and BJ's would not repair or replace the ring. A reputable jeweler wrote a letter stating that the prongs and setting was not made correctly. Obviously it was a major purchase and I would not feel comfortable purchasing any jewelry there and want others to be aware of the lack of follow through on BJ's part. read full review »
