Purchased Kenmore Elite Refrigerator from Sears in 2008. After one year the unit quit cooling. Having the Sears extended warranty, called for service. Not available for five days. Service technician had to order part. Out of service for two weeks. Approximately, one year later, the problem repeated. Again, five days for a service tech. This time he used a hair dryer to thaw the coils that froze causing the fan motor to quit blowing. Ask him why the coils would freeze - did not have a good answer. Quit again in about six months.
