A guy named Mr. Peter Brown 876-509-5548 has been harassing my mother which is 84 years old now, saying she won a prize from "Publishers Clearing House". I told her it was a scam and if they call to not talk to them and just hang up. They will call continuously. I was home on Saturday and always answered the phone and it got to the point if I answered they would hang up.
