It's impossible to cancel a data plan from AT&T when you lose your Ipad. I had my Ipad stolen last september and AT&T still bills my bank account $25 per month, even after 6 phone calls to them. They insist they cannot access my account without the phone number for the account. Problem is, the phone number was assigned and inputted into the ipad at the Apple store.
