Tracfone technicians and service representatives located in Phillipines. Very difficult experience registering and activating cell phone on WEB. Site services repeatedly denied service support forcing me to utilize their (800) phone number. Lengthy call with redundant queries and attempts to consolidate already existing account were their focus. Not interested in consolidating exisitng account.
