THEY ARE THIEVES and I hope their company will go bankrupt some day!!! I am French and bought tickets for the Arsenal / Stoke City game on December 18. Due to bad weather conditions, this game was cancelled and postponed to February 23. First they refused to sell me tickets for another game on a saturday even when I offered to pay more money. They said they did not care I lived in France (the game was postponed on a wednesday) and the only possible arrangement was for me to come to the game... So guess what.
