What a piece of junk this equipment is! Our address location didn't have enough "upload speed" to have this device. Cancelled service and then on the renewal date, it AUTOMATICALLY deducts another year of service, without your consent. These people DO NOT have a customer service telephone number. You have to CHAT with some numb nuts and never get anywhere. I will file a complaint with every company that allows you to do so. This company should be shut down. read full review »
