I became a victim of the bait and switch scam also. I too was told that my Canon Sx30 camera came with a 20 minute demo battery and bought the 4 hour upgrade with the extedned warranty. I became suspisious and checked with Canon directly only to find out that they only ship this camera wiht one battery and charger that I paid to upgrade. Customer service won't even respond. Filed a complaint with BBB and found them to have an F rating. Buy your camera anywhere but here. They are scam artists. read full review »
